Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Guide engineering managers to develop project and resource plans/schedules
• assist the team in accomplishing tasks
• demonstrate ownership and accountability for the entire product delivery process
• Manage a team of professionals to design and develop database systems.
• Provide guidance to the database team on database structures and features.
• Create standard procedures to enhance the scalability and performance of existing database architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex database issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supervise installation, migration, and upgrade of databases.
• Ensure that the database solution is developed according to business requirements.
• Prepare reports on database scalability and capacity planning as needed.
• Identify and resolve database issues related to performance and capacity.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the database team.
• Develop best practices for performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure database management and maintenance tasks are performed effectively.
• Conduct training programs for staff on database development and maintenance procedures.
• Provide regular updates to management on database project status.
• Implement agile processes and metrics to ensure that the engineering organization is exceptionally efficient and focused and that the product is market-ready.
• Recruit and develop a world-class development team, utilize external resources to drive important initiatives
• Stay updated with new database technologies and analyze such technologies to bring into the scope of existing infrastructure.
• Strong Linux/Unix experience

Minimum Requirements:
• Over 7+ years of experience in Product development
• Experience of data warehouse system design, development and testing
• 5+ years of experience in leading and organizational skills

Title: UI Developer 

Location: Bangalore

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Experience in CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in Angular development (Angular 8/9) is mandatory.
• Having an experience with building Responsive UI Design (including Mobile Responsive) with industry standard frameworks.
• Understanding of Browsers Developer Tools like Firebug etc.
• Conceptual understanding of UI Design.
• Strong hands-on experience in designs/ layouts for web-based applications or products.
• Should be able to communicate clearly with the team.
• Participate in full SDLC lifecycle using development process from definition, design, build, test, release and maintenance
• Build wireframes, mock ups based on inputs from product team and clients.
• Develop expressive and engaging interactions & visual designs for desktop & mobile.
• Should be able to work using Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator etc.

Minimum Requirements
• A minimum of 3+ years of formal industry/professional experience in UI development
• A minimum 3+ years’ experience in front-end technologies like jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Angular (8/9) etc.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and creative skills
• Responsible, organized and should be able to focus on details
• Exposure to latest UX Design fundamentals, concepts and trends is a big plus

Title: Sr. Software Engineer (Python Expert)

Location Bangalore 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Capable of building Scalable Architectures.
• Capable of End-to-End System/Solution Design

Title: Administrative Assistant

Location Bangalore 

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  Increase productivity of consulting professionals by handling the administrative tasks (such as, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, interacting with vendors and clients, email correspondence, etc.)
• Provide scheduling support to multiple individuals (appointment, calendar and meeting management)
• Complete expense reports within compliance guidelines, process invoices for payment, and assist with other administrative processes, as needed
• Prepare domestic and international travel logistics (itineraries, visas, etc.)
• Coordinate internal and external meetings/activities (i.e. venue selection/reservation and set-up, hotel accommodations, catering, etc.)
• Prepare and organize documents for client proposals and presentations as needed (contract tracking, printing, organizing and archiving meeting support materials)
• Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle special projects with demanding deadlines
• Front desk reception back-up coverage (answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries)
• Participates in group learning and/or knowledge sharing
• Mentors new team members
• Hours are 12:30 am – 9:30 pm
